World Tourism Day 2025 Celebrated with Fervor

[Jalandhar, Punjab], [30-09-25] - The CTIMIT celebrated World Tourism Day 2025 with great enthusiasm and fervor. The event was marked by a series of activities that showcased the rich cultural diversity of our region and highlighted the importance of tourism in promoting cross-cultural understanding and sustainable transformation.

The highlight of the event was a spectacular dance performance featuring traditional dances from different regional areas and streets. The performances were a testament to the vibrant cultural heritage of our region and the power of tourism to bring people together. The event also featured a modeling segment that showcased cross-cultural exchange and representation. The models strutted down the catwalk in attire that reflected the diverse cultural traditions of our region, promoting a message of unity and diversity.

The theme of World Tourism Day 2025, "Tourism and Sustainable Transformation," was aptly captured through these activities, which aimed to promote understanding, appreciation, and respect for different cultures while emphasizing the need for sustainable tourism practices. The event was attended by Hotel Management & Travel and Tourism students.
