The Department of Management Studies is delighted to announce the successful hosting of the "Business Environment Analysis: Key Insights for Future Leaders" session on 21/01/2025 at the CTIMIT Conference Hall. The session was conducted by Mr. Christian Nchendeh, Managing Director of PHIBMAT University Institute, Douala, Cameroon, who provided valuable insights into understanding and analyzing the dynamic business environment.

The session witnessed active participation from students eager to explore the factors influencing business operations, market trends, and strategic decision-making. Mr. Nchendeh discussed critical aspects of the business environment, including economic trends, regulatory frameworks, competitive landscapes, and technological advancements, helping students develop a structured approach to evaluating external and internal business factors.
