Jalandhar, Maqsudan – Ct Group of Institutions successfully conducted a workshop on“Customer Service & In-Flight Excellence” today at Conference Hall, featuring distinguishedcabin-crew professional Ms. Aanchal Sharma. The event brought aspiring service-industry  professionals and students eager to learn about the dynamic world of aviation-based customer service. Ms. Aanchal Sharma, sharing her rich experience as a cabin-crew member with Indigo Airlines,
led participants through an immersive session that combined theory, real-life flight anecdotes and interactive role-plays. Topics included service planning, passenger-crew communication, emergency handling, grooming standards and cultural competence — all delivered with industry authenticity and practical relevance. Speaking at the event, Ms. Aanchal Sharma remarked, “Excelling in service and safety goes beyond standard procedures — it’s about anticipating passenger needs, working as a cohesive team and maintaining a professional demeanor even under pressure.” Her insights resonated deeply with attendees, fostering enthusiasm and clarity about the career paths in aviation and hospitality.
