The Department of Management Studies successfully organized an Industrial Visit to Rail Coach Factory on November 24, 2025. The visit was arranged with the objective of providing students with practical exposure to industrial operations, manufacturing processes, and modern production technologies used in the railway sector.

The visit witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and faculty members who were eager to gain real-world insights into large-scale manufacturing and industrial management practices. During the visit, students were introduced to the various stages involved in the production of railway coaches, including design, fabrication, assembly, and quality control.

Officials at the factory provided detailed explanations about the advanced machinery, automated systems, and safety measures adopted in the manufacturing process. Students also learned about production planning, supply chain management, and quality assurance practices followed in the organization to ensure efficiency and reliability.
