Jalandhar, February 14, 2022: A Guest lecture on ‘An Insight About Radio’ on World Radio Day organized by Department of Media Studies’. The lecture was intended for journalism & mass communication students. The lecture was conducted by RJ Jaspreet Kaur who is an announcer at "ALL INDIA RADIO". She told the students about the history of AIR and how it began and later on briefed the students about her journey and experience as an RJ. She further explained the frequency of AIR and why it is still relevant and its popularity can be seen all over the India. At the end of the lecture students asked many questions about hosting program, script writings and live recordings. Rj Jaspreet Kaur cleared all the doubts of the students. Students were overjoyed with the lecture in the observation of COD Ms. Anisha Kundra, Asst. Prof. Ms. Deeksha and Asst. Prof. Mr. Navkaranpal Singh. After the lecture our worthy director sir Dr.Yogesh Chhabra honored the guest with a token of appreciation.
