Industrial visit at ‘Film city (Mohali) & The Rock Garden Chandighar'

A Industrial visit at ‘Film city (Mohali) & The Rock Garden Chandighar' organized by the Department of Media Studies as a part of their curriculum. The industrial visit was intended for Journalism & Multimedia students. At first, students were taken to the Film city Mohali, where students saw the entire studios’ setup (Indian, Western, folk, etc.). The manager of the film city briefed the journey of the studio as to how the filming of a lot of movies and songs has been done there. After that, we all went to the famous 'Nek Chand’s Rock Garden Chandigarh, where students saw some creative stuff made out of junk and students also saw the 3d sculpture and various photography spots. Students of Journalism & Multimedia captured the spots for photography and worked for their assignment which was given by the COD Ms. Anisha Kundra. Students explored and gain a lot of knowledge during the visit under the observation of COD Ms. Anisha Kundra and faculty members Ms. Deeksha & Mr. Navkaranpal Singh.
