The Department of Hotel Management at CT Institute of Management & IT (CTIMIT), North Campus, Maqsudan, Jalandhar, organized a vibrant and traditional Cake Mixing Ceremony on 29th November 2025 at the picturesque Lawn Area opposite the Mess Hall. The event marked the joyful beginning of the festive season and showcased the rich culinary heritage associated with Christmas preparations.
Faculty members, staff, and students enthusiastically participated in the ceremony by mixing an array of dry fruits, candied peels, spices, and aromatic ingredients with assorted spirits. The colourful and lively mixing ritual symbolized unity, celebration, and the spirit of togetherness that defines the hospitality profession.
