Educational visits designed to enhance the educational experience for all the students and provide them with an opportunity to learn outside the classroom. To supplement science education given in college and to foster a spirit of scientific enquiry, creativity among B.Ed. students CT College of Education, Maqsudan, Jalandhar ( B.Ed. & M.Ed.) organised ‘Visit to Science City’ on April 11, 2023. During the visit students attained experience of Science Gallery, Math Gallery, Bird Century, Illusion Gallery, Sports Gallery, Dome Theatre, Virtual Reality Gallery, Climate Change Theatre. In space and aviation gallery, they learnt about the exploration of the sky and solar system and the celestial bodies out in the space. The Students were quite excited to see an airplane model made by the Wright Brothers. The screen and sounds at space theatres surrounded the students and created an immersive experience. The exclusive thing was Dinosaurs Park for our students which were full of life-sized replicas of these terrifying ancient creatures alongside explanations about their lives and extinction. The students were amazed to see real life experiences of science.
