Self-efficacy refers to an individual's belief in his or her capacity to execute behaviors necessary to produce specific performance attainments. Self-efficacy reflects confidence in the ability to exert control over one's own motivation, behavior, and social environment. In order to equip the students with the nuanced concept of self-efficacy, Expert Session was organized by CCA committee of CT College of Education for students of B.Ed. & M.Ed. on November 30, 2022. Resource person for the same was Dr. Geetika, Assistant Professor, CT College of Education, Jalandhar.  During the session Dr. Geetika defined self-efficacy in detail. She gave various example of self-efficacy behavior and also explained ways to develop self-efficacy among students. She elaborated importance of self-efficacy. After this, there was a question and answer round where the students asked questions regarding developing self-efficacy to which the speaker replied and cleared the doubt of the students. The session was concluded by a vote of thanks. Overall session was knowledgably and fruitful for students.
