Educational excursions are exciting educational opportunities for students and teachers alike. They are designed to enhance the educational experience for all the students and provide the students with an opportunity to learn outside the classroom. CT College of Education organized one day trip to Amritsar on November 7, 2022. Tour was being planned and coordinated through Excursion committee. The tour comprised students of B.Ed. and M.Ed. accompanied by faculty members, Mrs. Anju Sharma, Mr. Gagandeep Singh, Mrs. Anita Sharma. . The trip covered landmarks in Amritsar relevant to its culture and the independence movement of India.  It started at around 7:00 a.m. All the students were in the mood of enthusiasm. The group reached the Jallianwala Bagh at 10:00 a.m. The students got a vivid narration of the open fire at the order of General Dyer on an unarmed crowd assembled in the park in 1919. After that the group moved Gobindgarh Fort. All students were excited to watch different cultural events. The students were also taken to Wagah Border, where they got to watch the armed soldiers on the border. At last they relished the dinner. Tour gave students a refreshing, enlightening, adventurous, nostalgic and tremendous learning experience.
