CT Start Up Surge 2026 Inspires Young Entrepreneurs at CT Group of Institutions, North Campus, Maqsudan

CT Group of Institutions, North Campus, Maqsudan, Jalandhar organized CT Start Up Surge 2026Investors’ Summit, an inter-college platform aimed at fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and corporate excellence among students.

The event featured a series of engaging competitions including Pitch Arena, Brand Battle, Corporate Runway, Innovision Expo, and BizWhiz Quiz, providing participants with opportunities to showcase their business acumen and innovative ideas. Among the highlights of the event, the winners included Master Automations (Pitch Arena), Team Trinity (Brand Battle), Lilstictyaa (Innovision Expo), KMV College (Corporate Runway), and Fine Think Tanks (BizWhiz Quiz). A major highlight of the summit was the provision of funding opportunities up to ₹10 lakhs for promising start-ups.

The event was graced by Vice Chairman Harpreet Singh Channi and Joint Managing Director Tanika Singh Channi. The esteemed Chief Guest, Mr. Ashwani Kumar, Managing Partner, Victor Forgings, inspired the young minds with his valuable entrepreneurial insights and real-world experiences.

The event was further enriched by the presence of Special Guest Mr. Salil Kaplash, Startup Coordinator, Department of Industries and Commerce, Punjab Infotech. The Guests of Honour included Dr. Munish Jindal, Ms. Anima Mishra, Mr. Amit Madan, and Dr. M.S. Bedi, whose presence added great value and prestige to the occasion.

Vice Chairman Harpreet Singh Channi appreciated the initiative and stated that the platform aims to empower youth to transform innovative ideas into successful ventures. Campus Director 

Dr. Anurag Sharma, Director, CT Group of Institutions, Maqsudan, Jalandhar, further appreciated the initiative and stated that such collaborations are essential in bridging the gap between academia and industry. He emphasized that integrating industry-oriented exposure within academic initiatives significantly enhances students’ employability and prepares them for future challenges.

Chairman Sardar Charanjit Singh Channi extended his best wishes and appreciated the initiative, highlighting that such platforms play a vital role in equipping students with practical knowledge and preparing them to meet evolving industry demands.

Managing Director Dr. Manbir Singh also conveyed his wishes, stating that initiatives like CT Start Up Surge open new avenues for students by providing them exposure to real-world business practices and entrepreneurial ecosystems, thereby strengthening their professional competencies.
