CT Group of Institutions, North Campus, Maqsudan, Jalandhar, in collaboration with Tally Education Pvt. Ltd., successfully organised a Tally Certificate Distribution Ceremony, reaffirming its commitment to skill-based and industry-oriented education. The programme aimed at enhancing students’ practical exposure and employability through professional certification. The ceremony witnessed enthusiastic participation from B.Com Semester IV and Semester VI students, who successfully completed the Tally Prime Certification programme. The initiative provided students with hands-on training in computerized accounting, GST compliance, inventory management, billing systems, and payroll operations, equipping them with real-world business competencies. The event was graced by Dr. Manbir Singh, Managing Director, CT Group, who addressed the gathering and highlighted the growing importance of practical skills alongside academic qualifications. He stated that industry-relevant certifications such as Tally play a crucial role in preparing students for the competitive professional environment and significantly enhance students’ career prospects. Dr. Anurag Sharma, Director, CT Group of Institutions, emphasized the importance of industry exposure in higher education. He remarked that the collaboration with Tally Education bridges the gap between theoretical learning and practical application, enabling students to understand real business processes with greater confidence. The programme was further supported by Dr. Sadhna, Head of the Department– Management, who encouraged students to continuously upgrade their skills to meet evolving industry demands and remain competitive in the job market. Certificates were formally awarded to students who successfully completed the certification, acknowledging their dedication and achievement.
