The Department of Management Studies at CT Institute of Management and Information Technology (CTIMIT), North Campus, Maqsudan, proudly hosted KSHITIJ 4.0 – The Management Carnival, a vibrant celebration of college life and student engagement. The much-anticipated event began at 10:00 AM and turned out to be a grand success, drawing enthusiastic participation from students across various disciplines.

KSHITIJ 4.0 offered an exciting mix of fun and intellectually stimulating activities aimed at fostering creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Highlights of the carnival included events such as Business Rangoli, Business Quiz, Mehendi, Picture Interpretation, Collage Making, Best Out of Waste, and many more. These engaging competitions not only provided students with a platform to showcase their talents but also promoted healthy competition and peer interaction.

The day concluded with a spirited award ceremony, where winners were felicitated with certificates, trophies, and medals in recognition of their outstanding performances. The Overall Trophy was proudly claimed by the Department of Management, while the Runner-Up Trophy was secured by the CT College of Education, celebrating the remarkable participation and achievements of both teams.

Dr. Ramandeep Gautam, Assistant Director of CTIMIT and Head of the Management Department, emphasized the significance of balancing academics with extracurricular activities. He remarked, “These activities are crucial for broadening students’ perspectives and maintaining both physical and mental well-being. Excellence in academics must be complemented by active participation in extracurriculars.”

The event was further graced by the presence of Dr. Anurag Sharma, Director of CT Group of Institutions, who inspired the audience with his motivational words. “Happiness is not the result of achievement—it is the path to it. True success lies in loving what you do,” he shared, leaving a lasting impression on the young minds.

The resounding success of KSHITIJ 4.0 is a testament to the vibrant spirit of CTIMIT and its commitment to holistic education. The carnival not only challenged students to think creatively but also united them in celebration of teamwork, innovation, and the joyous essence of college life.

As the event came to a close, the spirit of camaraderie and inspiration lingered, with students already looking forward to the next edition of KSHITIJ – a tradition that continues to motivate, engage, and celebrate the future leaders of tomorrow.
